How to write Good Resignation Letter in English?

Resignation letter - A letter is composed of three essential components, it can be explained as follows: the first is Introduction, second is body and third is closing. Resignation letter is consists of an introduction that could contain written about impression and gratitude you have joined the company that you work there. Then in the second part is you can fill it with your reasons for leaving the company and the last time you worked in the company 's. and in the last section is, giving a message to others after you resign the company.

Here is a sample of resignation letter, It can be as follows

Dear Sir,

RE: Notice of Resignation

With reference to the above, with much regret, I have to inform to you that this letter is my request to resign as an employee of PT. Citra Nusantara. My last working day with the company will be on  July 27, 2010.

I deliver to thank you for the opportunity, guidance and assistance given to my study and work in PT. Citra Nusantara as a large company in the field of mining contractor for approximately six months.

Not to forget I apologize to all employees and also the all management of PT. Citra Nusantara where there are things that are not good I have done while working at PT. Citra Nusantara.

I hope and pray that PT. Citra Nusantara will be a company that continues to advance and become successful.

The format of resignation letter which I write on above is as a guidance for anyone who already preparing for another alternative for future, as the experience of my friends who leave out of a job because of the emotions caused little inconvenience to meet the needs of families. On the other hand you should also note that every letter of resignation examples do not recommend you terminate your employment with the breakdown of communication and relationship with your previous place of work.
